5 easy things you could do to feel better .......

1. Play  ..... 
People just hit a certain age and forget how much fun shit is...
Your bored .... go outside with a fucking ball or chase your cat for an hour 
either way ....
I chased my roommates dog yesterday ....  the fresh air was nice 
Even if its by yourself i feel like no matter how small or big the event is...
Being physically competitive once a week even if its by yourself its something...
 If your sweating and your having fun whats the problem ....
Fuck a gym let your pet off the leash outside and chase the fucker down ....
Or just be homeless and wait for these guys

2. Fix a meal  .......
 I feel amazing every time i fix a meal and especially if the meals cheap and good ......
 Fucking grill out that shits awesome .... 
You get to play with fire asshole just do it 
But get adelman's spicy mango hot dogs
There so good 
But in the winter ...or on a rainy day ... i make ...
White Trash Alfredo
  1.  put ramen noodles in the microwave
  2. get a pan put a lil slice of butter and some minced garlic and olive oil in a pan on high 
  3. simmer until the garlic is whitened and smells really good
  4. add heavy whipping cream just till it has a light coat on the pan 
  5. mix and move around sauce so it doesn't get burned
  6. then sauce will bubble turn temp down to half
  7. add just a taste of white wine 
  8. and salt and pepper to taste
  9. drain noodles then add sauce

last time i made my own ravioli with cream cheese as the stuffing ....
it was fucking brilliant ...
so good and extremely cheap

3. Do something fun by yourself ..... 
 I feel like everybody should take some time to hang out with themselves .....
Whether its just reading, watching a cool movie, or listening to an entire album through 
album i suggest 
not your thing 

4. Remember Something ..... 
Have a genuine memory about the past ....
 How it made you feel and how it really was ....
Not just the trailer to the real movie the whole memory .....
How you felt what you knew or thought you knew ....
 Your worries and concerns your flaws and your pluses and then think of what you'll say about yourself In the future about your self today then try to improve those things...
This is that i listen to when i think ...

5. Do something you wouldn't normally do for u .... 
Example: what i did once is meditate ....
That shits wild ive never done it before and i felt crazy when i did it but it was kinda refreshing .....
 I would like to think i would do anything i ever wanted to .....
 And some things i didn't want to do
But the truth is i usually dont know what im doing until its done
Fuck it just make a catapult
